Before the event

Register & Pre-Work

Please complete all four before you arrive at De Wildt. Everything here stays open right up to the day, so you can stop and come back any time.

1 Register Sign up with your name, role and department. Do this first so you can find yourself in the other forms. 2 Pre-Event Survey A quick baseline read on how you see Toyota versus the competition today. Takes about 5 minutes. 3 Maturity Assessment A leadership self-assessment run separately by the Lead Africa team. Opens in a new tab. 4 Delegate Training Short off-road driving module. Opens in a new tab; sign in as a guest so your progress saves.

Complete these in order, 1 to 4. Register first so the surveys can recognise your name, then work through steps 2 to 4. Nothing here is timed, and your progress is saved when you submit each form.

These forms unlock automatically on the morning of the event at De Wildt.

1 Vehicle Survey Opens on the morning of the event 2 Post-Event Survey Fill in at the end of the day.

Tip for the day: submit the vehicle survey straight after each drive, while it's fresh. One submission per vehicle.

Pick any two vehicles (Toyota or competitor) to see their specs side by side. Rows where the two differ are highlighted, and anything not yet confirmed for SA shows as TBC. A reference to ground your ideas in real numbers, not a ranking.

Which form do I need?

Before the event: Register, Pre-Event Survey, Maturity Assessment and Training all live under Register & Pre-Work. On the day: Vehicle Survey and Post-Event Survey live under Event Day, De Wildt.

Why can't I open the Event Day forms yet?

They stay locked until the morning of the event so responses only reflect what actually happened on the day. They unlock automatically at De Wildt, so you won't need to refresh or re-scan the code.

I can't find my name in the form

Start typing your full name in the search field and pick yourself from the list. If you're not there, you probably haven't registered yet, so head to Register first, then reopen the form.

The QR code won't scan

Make sure your camera app is allowed to open links, and that you have signal or Wi-Fi. If scanning keeps failing, ask a facilitator for the direct link.

Should I use my phone or a laptop?

The hub and all forms work on both. Out on the course, your phone is easiest. For the training module, a laptop gives you a bigger, more comfortable screen.
